Returns for clothing & merchandise items are accepted within 15 days after delivery. If the product you've received is in error, (damaged product, wrong item, the incorrect size, wrong color), Email us at email@example.com with the word "Return" in the subject line, & detailed information about the item received.
We will require you to take photos of the error on the product and receipt and attach them to the email to show proof of error. If the error is our fault or caused by shipping, we will ask if you'd like a refund or to send you the corrected product free of charge to you.
We DO NOT issue out refunds for buyers remorse. Once purchases have been finalized and processed, we WILL NOT issue a refund if you later change your mind. All sales are final.
Please make sure you are choosing the correct color, size, and products types as well as making sure all shipping information is correct before finalizing the order payment as any wrong information can cause delays in shipping or you not receiving your product at all.
You are responsible for all information you type and all product types chosen before purchase. We DO NOT issue refunds for any incorrect shipping information or ANY incorrect Product type you choose (size, color, type) that is not of our doing.
